Realtree: “The X” – Duck Hunting Warm Weather

Duck hunters put a lot of emphasis on cold weather, snow, and north winds, but those aren’t the only conditions that offer great hunting. Any drastic change can increase hunting success and that’s what we experienced in this episode of Realtree’s “The X”. Over the span of 2.5 days. temperatures went from 0 degrees to the mid 60’s. Water thawed which offered fresh resources to ducks and we were there with a front row seat. Picking off mallards 1 and 2 at a time in flooded corn!
